Accessibility Statement

Cab Reset AZ LLC wants every customer — whether you are booking one truck or managing a fleet — to be able to request a quote, book an appointment, and read about our services without barriers. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.

• Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labeled form fields so screen readers can navigate and complete our quote and booking forms
• Full keyboard operability for navigation, the booking wizard, before/after gallery toggles, and dialogs
• Visible focus indicators and color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on our dark theme
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and decorative images hidden from assistive technology
• Text that can be resized up to 200% and layouts that reflow on mobile without loss of content
• No content that flashes, auto-plays audio, or requires a time limit to complete
• Regular automated and manual checks as we add new pages and features

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas we are actively working on:

• Some before/after gallery photos use brief descriptive captions rather than detailed image descriptions
• The downloadable Service Report PDF is a scanned form and may not be fully tagged for screen readers — we will provide the same information in an accessible format on request
• Third-party services we link to (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, Square invoices) are governed by their own accessibility practices
