Fleet Detailing · Phoenix Metro

Fleet detailing at your yard.

Your trucks are in front of customers every day. Cab Reset comes to your yard or jobsite, resets every vehicle to the same standard, documents the work, and keeps it that way on a recurring schedule — without pulling trucks off the road.

How fleet programs work

We recommend starting with a single paid service on one vehicle at our standard rate so you can judge the work in person. From there we build a program around vehicle count, size and condition, how often you want service, and where the trucks park. Multiple vehicles serviced at the same location can qualify for preferred pricing. There's no minimum fleet size — two-truck operations are welcome.

  • On-site at your yard, shop, or jobsite — no shuttling vehicles
  • Early-morning, evening, and weekend visits by arrangement
  • Service report for every vehicle: condition, work performed, technician notes
  • Square invoice after each service; payment due on completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Recurring Maintenance Resets every 2–6 weeks to hold the standard

Built for the trades that live in their trucks

Pest control, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, construction, property services, and delivery fleets all share the same problem: technicians spend their day in the cab, and the cab shows it. Chemical residue, jobsite dust, grease, and fast-food wrappers compound week over week. A documented, recurring reset program keeps every truck presentable and gives you a paper trail for maintenance files and driver accountability.

Which service level fits your fleet

The Reset (interior) suits fleets whose exteriors are handled elsewhere. The Full Reset adds a complete exterior wash, wheels, and paint sealant for vehicles that are part of your public image. The Decon is our deepest service for technician cabs with chemical or heavy-use residue. Most programs start with one of those on every vehicle, then move to The Maintenance Reset on a 2–6 week cycle.

Before & After
Common Questions

How is fleet pricing determined?

Individually — based on vehicle count, vehicle size and condition, service frequency, and location. Multiple vehicles at one location can qualify for preferred pricing. We don't publish fixed tiers because every fleet is different.

Is there a minimum number of vehicles?

No. Businesses with just a few work vehicles get the same process and documentation as larger fleets.

Can we try it before committing?

Yes — that's how we recommend starting. Book one vehicle at our standard rate, evaluate the result, then we'll build ongoing pricing.

How do we pay?

Fleet customers receive a Square invoice after every service, payable by card. Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed otherwise.

Can you work around our schedule?

Yes. Early-morning, evening, and weekend appointments are available by arrangement so trucks stay on the road during billable hours.
