1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cab Reset AZ website at cabresetaz.com and the services provided by Cab Reset AZ LLC. By using our website, submitting a quote request, or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Any pricing provided on our website, in email, by text message, or over the phone is an estimate based on the information you supply about your vehicle and the condition described. Final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection at the beginning of service.
Factors that may adjust the final price include, without limitation: heavy staining, biohazards, pet damage, extreme chemical or dust contamination, mold, excessive pet hair, additional vehicles, add-on services requested at the time of service, and any condition not reasonably disclosed in the initial quote request. We will discuss any change in price with you before beginning work.
4. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and are confirmed by email or SMS once we have reviewed your request. On-site mobile service requires that you provide us with a safe, legal, and accessible location with adequate space to work on the vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is available at the scheduled time and that keys or access are provided as agreed.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand schedules change. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before an appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the deposit amount, or up to 25% of the quoted service, at our discretion.
- If we cannot access the vehicle at the scheduled time (a “no-show”), the full deposit is retained. Rescheduling will be based on the next available slot.
- We may reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or other events outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a written invoice with different terms has been provided (e.g., recurring fleet maintenance programs). We accept common electronic payment methods. For fleet accounts, standard payment terms are Net 15 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue balances may accrue reasonable finance charges as permitted by Arizona law.
7. Service Limitations
Our services restore your vehicle’s interior and exterior to the best condition reasonably achievable given its age, prior condition, and materials. We do not guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, chemical residue, or defect. We do not perform mechanical repairs, dent repair, paint correction beyond a gloss-enhancing wipe-down, or upholstery repair unless specifically agreed in writing.
You are responsible for removing valuables, personal items, and any items you do not want handled prior to service. We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Cab Reset AZ LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or loss of business opportunity.
Any claim relating to visible damage caused during service must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of service completion, with photographs. Claims not reported in this window are waived.
9. Website Usage
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems or accounts
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our services
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
- Use our website in any manner that could damage or impair the service or its users

All content on this website, including logos, brand marks, text, photography, illustrations, layouts, and code, is the property of Cab Reset AZ LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
11. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number through our website, you agree to receive SMS communications regarding your quote request, appointments, service updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
