Yellow headlights, cleared.

Arizona sun destroys headlight lenses faster than almost anywhere in the country. Our Headlight Reset removes the oxidized layer with a multi-step restoration, then seals the lens with a ceramic protective coating so it stays clear — done at your home or work in about an hour.

Why headlights fail in Phoenix

Polycarbonate lenses ship with a factory UV coating. Years of direct Arizona sun break that coating down, and once it's gone the plastic itself oxidizes — the cloudy yellow haze you see on so many vehicles here. It's a safety issue (less light reaches the road) and it's often the first thing that makes an otherwise clean vehicle look old. Restoration removes the damaged layer; the ceramic coating gives it protection the factory coating no longer provides.

What restoration can and can't fix

Exterior oxidation, yellowing, and light surface haze restore extremely well. Severe oxidation, peeling factory coatings, or unusually large lenses may require additional time and cost — we'll tell you before we start. Cracks, internal moisture, and haze on the inside of the lens can't be corrected from the outside and would need lens replacement.

Before & After
Common Questions

How long does headlight restoration last?

With the ceramic coating applied, restored lenses typically stay clear for years rather than months. Parking in shade or a garage extends that further.

How long does it take?

About 60 minutes for both headlights.

Can I add it to a detail?

Yes. Headlight Reset is $100 when added to any detailing package, or $120 on its own.

Will it fix condensation inside the lens?

No. Internal moisture or haze means the lens seal has failed and the housing needs replacement. We'll let you know if that's what we see.

Do you do fleets?

Yes — headlight restoration across a fleet is a quick, high-visibility improvement and can be folded into a fleet quote.
